Drinking vinegars, also called "shrubs", are vinegar syrups made with fruit and herbs. They an be used as a health tonic by adding to water or taking by the tablespoon, added to seltzer for a refreshing libation or used in cocktail and mocktail recipes.
Equal parts sweet and tart, 100% healthy and delicious! Sipping these vinegars in a splash of seltzer or with your favorite spirit will bring you back to summertime AND you will get all the wonderful benefits of raw Apple Cider Vinegar and the healing herbs and raw Vermont honey that are infused in these yummy concoctions!
